The staff provided helpful service during my stay.
The condition of the room was terrible, with outdated decor and a feeling of neglect. The electric shock I experienced from the socket made me deeply concerned about the safety of staying here.

The location is excellent, just a 20-minute walk to St Mark's Square, with plenty of nearby restaurants for dining options.
The first room smelled of cigarettes, and the noise from a group of teenagers disrupted our sleep throughout the night.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, right near the main attractions and transport options. The room size was decent for a budget hotel, with enough space to move around. A surprise for me was the cleanliness. the bathroom looked well-kept, even if the decor felt a bit tired. The hotel's small garden provided a lovely spot for a morning coffee, adding a nice touch to the stay. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings, and I had trouble with mosquitos since air conditioning was unavailable. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, making it hard to get a goodnight's sleep. The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, as the reception was in a separate building.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The location is an absolute dream—just a 2-minute stroll to the train station and the vaporetto stop! I loved waking up to the sweet sounds of birds chirping from my garden-view room. Plus, the receptionist was like a personal tour guide, helping me with all my questions!

Perfect spot and yummy breakfast
Superb location, just a short walk to the waterbus station. The room had all the essentials though it was a bit snug. The breakfast was a real treat—don’t miss out on those fresh scrambled eggs! Just a heads-up, the air con could’ve been stronger, especially with Venice's humidity.

We had a lovely three-night stay with comfy beds and a great rainfall shower that felt like a luxury treat. The peaceful garden offered a nice spot to unwind, and the little patio by the entrance was perfect for a morning coffee. The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit tight, but we were out exploring so it didn’t bother us too much. 😊
